  • Personalized & Made-to-Order Products: All products listed on BridgeCustom are customized and printed on demand. We make every effort to display the colors, typography, and images of our products as accurately as possible.

  • Screen Variations: Because screen displays vary across monitors and mobile devices, actual finished print colors and physical textures may slightly differ from digital previews.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - USER CONTENT & CUSTOMIZATION GUIDELINES

When you upload, submit, or transmit images, text, names, dates, or other custom materials ("User Content") for personalization:

  1. Ownership & Permissions: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce the User Content you provide.

  2. Intellectual Property Indemnification: You agree that you will not upload materials protected by third-party copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets (e.g., unauthorized celebrity portraits, protected logos, copyrighted graphics) unless you are the legal owner. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BridgeCustom from any claims, suits, or demands resulting from the reproduction of User Content you submit.

  3. Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing User Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, promotes violence, or violates any law.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS & PRICING

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at checkout.

  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Because custom items enter individualized production queues promptly, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering by contacting support@bridgecustom.com. After this window, production begins and orders cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - BILLING AND PAYMENT ACCURACY

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, account, and billing information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that:

  • The payment information you submit is true, correct, and complete.

  • Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card issuer, PayPal, or applicable payment provider.

  • You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted rates, including shipping costs and sales taxes applicable at checkout.

  • Delivery timeframes, handling times, and carrier terms are governed exclusively by our Shipping Policy.

  • Requests for replacements or refunds regarding defective, damaged, or misprinted items are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
